I never thought I could ever find joy in cooking, much less in baking. Maybe because I never really tried. Until now.
This is a chronicle of my adventures and misadventures in baking; a virtual support for beginner cakemakers who, like me, are still strangers to creaming, piping, and frosting; perhaps a pleasant surprise where you could pick up a fresh idea or two; and at the very least, an entertaining read for anyone who finds amusement in the musings of an amateur baker.
